- Deliver results: identify, evaluate and execute profit maximization activities to achieve financial targets through marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies
- Manage and track the performance and profitability of our products across all marketplaces through organic and paid activities
- Content listing optimization to improve page rank, SEO, and sales: perform in-depth keyword and competitor analyses, enhance product titles, descriptions, categorizations, A++ content, and work closely with the Creative team to produce compelling visual assets for optimal performance
- Day-to-day PPC management and optimization (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for the assigned product portfolio in line with set KPIs
- Execute marketing deals, promotions, coupons, promo codes, etc. and report back on key metrics
- Improve product performance and market share growth through opportunity analysis such as market research, voice of the customer and competitive research.
- Track fulfillment metrics and communicate with the Operations Lead to forecast, oversee and manage product inventory levels to retain premium shipping eligibility above good standing metrics.
- Report and analyze marketplaces performance and operating metrics on a daily and weekly basis including, but not limited to, Sales and Profitability, Account Health, Feedback Performance, Product Policy Compliance, Shipping Performance, Brand Registry and Brand Performance.
- Interact with the Customer Service team to respond to customer complaints and customer requests for technical product information.
- Work with Amazon Seller Support across all marketplaces to create cases, monitor case logs, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment and success on Amazon
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to maintain our excellent Account Health status
- A proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment
- Background in consumer goods and office products industries preferred
- Social media and marketing skills are desired
- Proven data management and analytical skills. Track record of digging into data, and finding solutions for a variety of performance issues. Proficient in Excel.
- E-commerce and digital marketing experience
- Can work independently, adapt to a fluid environment, and able to time-manage, prioritize, and toggle between multiple projects
- Experienced in set up, management, and optimization of paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience in the wellness & mindfulness space is a plus
- Some experience working with Helium10/Jungle Scout
- SEO knowledge a plus
