The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, liaising closely with Hiring Managers, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in client management, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
Act as the face of Talent Right in the AUS & NZ markets, representing our brand with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
Collaborate with Hiring Manager to clearly articulate client requirements, provide strategic insights, and develop interview questions that will establish a match of talent with requirements.
Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes, systems, and best practices to streamline the recruitment process and enhance client experience.
Monitor client feedback, satisfaction levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of service quality.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance, industry insights, and innovative solutions to help them achieve their talent acquisition goals.

RequirementsQualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the recruitment industry, with a strong emphasis on client management and relationship building.
Proven track record of fostering long-term client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and delivering results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and effectively address client needs and concerns.
Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Sound knowledge of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
