- Development of mathematical algorithms for mode/sensor implementation
- Develops software to model behavior of systems in real-time and constructive simulations of sensors and other platforms
- Solicit input from various stakeholders, synthesize data, and communicate results to various levels of leadership within the organization
- Technical team leadership participating in technical peer reviews throughout the product lifecycle of design, development, integration and test, flight test requirements verification, and sustainment.
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, OR Math (STEM) discipline AND 5 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 3 years of related professional/military experience OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 0 years of related professional/military experience
- Must have an active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment
- Must have experience with Signals processing / Radar systems / Electronics systems performance analysis, test or integration / OR MATLAB, C/C++, Python or related languages
- Must have the ability to work independently and identify solutions to complex problems
- Must have the ability to work with a team in a rapid prototyping environment

- Work experience with one of the following areas related to radar systems: search or track, surveillance, reconnaissance, electronic protection, ID, or adaptive technique
- Customer focus and collaboration skills
- Strong desire to learn, take initiative and contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- An understanding of the physical limitations to implementing complex algorithms in real hardware
- Current or previous Special Program Access (SAP)/SCI
