The position requires an experienced designer who can effectively coordinate and engage in design team interaction, manage consultants, interact with clients, elaborate and communicate design ideas to a range of audiences and resolve detail design challenges. Ability with custom design and product design is part of the skill set so competence and awareness in the field, understanding the market and the required standards are a driver.
The candidate will work directly with the Partners and other components of the team. he/she will be part of various Projects, high-end residential, offices, hospitality and leisure, public, educational.
We believe that successful projects are derived from a truly integrated approach to the design process, where all the disciplines are bound by creativity and innovation to produce a design coherent and consistent in every aspect.
Job requirements:
Master's Degree in Architecture - Interior Design
More than 8 years of working experience in Architecture/Interior Design firms.
International experience will be considered as a bonus.
Passionate and with vast knowledge in interior design.
Experience in leading a project.
Experience across all design work stages.
Intermediate knowledge of Revit.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCad
Excellent 3D Software skills (Rhinoceros, Sketch Up)
Excellent use of rendering tools
Professional English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing.
Strong skills in problem solving and adaptability.
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team.
Local requirements (p.iva and iscrizione all'Albo)
English and Italian fluency
Salary will be based on experience.
