Employment type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM Work setup: Onsite, Makati Task Mastery: Your Role in Action Propose prospective clients carrier services: Utilize tools provided by TRG. Track orders: Monitor and track orders for internet and phone services placed by clients. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. Data entry: Enter and maintain data related to client orders. Monitor workflow through service activation and other administrative records using appropriate software and tools. Make phone calls: Reach out to carriers and TRG partners. From a carrier perspective, make calls for scheduling and rescheduling orders on workflow. Occasionally, communicate order workflow to TRG partners. Maintain basic knowledge of the Telecommunication Industry: Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Utilize this knowledge to better serve clients and support the team. Take ownership and responsibility: Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Display a high level of accountability for your work. Demonstrate a proactive and driven attitude: Go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the team's success by completing tasks and achieving goals. Requirements Skills Snapshot: What We're Looking For Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry or a related field. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and the use of software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Inquisitiveness ask questions when unsure of a particular challenge. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
