- Screen and evaluate incoming resumes to identify top talent that aligns with our specific needs in AI, NLP, and LLM.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles, focusing on positions such as Annotators and others vital to our business.
- Research and reach out to potential agencies and institutions to expedite our recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment process alongside our hiring teams, from candidate communications to ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to attract and monitor qualified candidates, adopting innovative recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, ensuring key introductions and promoting candidate engagement.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech or AI industries, or in roles related to text annotation, transcription, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- A detail-oriented and organized approach, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Strong skills in building relationships, comfortable working independently and in team environments.
- An adaptable mindset, prepared to adjust priorities according to changing business needs.
- Flexibility to meet business demands, including varied working hours (preferably in the PST time zone, may include weekends).
- A passion for human language technology and a strong interest in AI, marketing initiatives, and product research.
- Experience in working with multicultural teams and environments.
