We offer a growing portfolio of high-quality, trusted medicines.We are now looking for Commercial excellence director RussiaPrimary Job Function:Direct and manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business excellence effectiveness and productivity.Core Job Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree plus any post graduate credentials (MBA) in Business (marketing, strategy, analytics, process).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Experience in creation and development of CRM, MR, SFE, BI and T&D functions.
  • Project Management skills
  • Proven leadership skills Leadership, People management & Coaching. Manages other managers within a function and/or affiliate. Ability to transform Abbott strategy to actions. Clear communication strategy to team.
  • Strategic thinking Strategic thinking & focus on business opportunities. Anticipation industry’s changes. Proactive proposal regarding processes & resource optimization.
  • Partner oriented mentality with high multi-tasking ability (different levels; stakeholders; business models); Ability to challenge status-quo, existing processes and approaches.
  • Acts with a clear business purpose, anticipating and creating value for all stakeholders. Executes with agility, proactively anticipates and addresses unmet customer needs based on insights and data.
  • Experiments and innovates with purpose, delivers innovative business solutions with speed and within a compressed time frame, adapts and pivots faster than competitors.
  • Enhances customer centric co-creation and cross-functional collaboration, instills agile ways of working to better and faster respond to changing business conditions.
  • Drives toward shared values, diverse and inclusive thinking and commitments.
  • Fluent English
Requirements:
