The right Candidate must have the ability to communicate and educate clients on HVAC products/services, have a sales history with the ability to close, organizational skills with the ability to process contracts and estimates and must be a team player with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Our brand awareness, marketing and home improvement partners keep the leads flowing and we need a new Salesperson to join our team, meet with homeowners, create win-win proposals and close deals.DG provides qualified appointments to our Salesperson. You will meet with customers, uncover pains, wants and needs and offer solutions. You operate independently in the field, conducting in-home sales presentations, selling our systems and services. A Salesperson’s compensation is 100% commission based.If you have the skills, drive to be the best and have a proven track record, then we want to hear from you!What We DoWe are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our client’s home Heating and Air Conditioning systems.Responsibilities: Exhibit a pleasant demeanor and exceptional customer service skills, the bright, assertive professional we select will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers. This dependable self-starter will meet with current and potential customers to evaluate their homes and present options for new or replacement HVAC systems or components. Additional responsibilities include:Welcome incoming sales inquiries with genuine interest and appreciation.
Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance.
Generating sales leads through a wide variety of means.Inspect clients residential Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems and presenting options for improvement and replacement as needed
Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and care for our clients' needs
Attention to detail, high integrity and honesty
Properly complete paperwork
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Desired Skills and ExperienceIf you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount of skill and experience.Qualifications:Three or more years of proven success in outside sales in HVAC
Strong sales, follow-up, one call closing and organizational skills
The ability to self-generate sales leads
Exceptional customer service skills
A mind that is open to new ideas, methods and perspectives
Preferred Credentials:Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus
