- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives.
- Manage and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Partner with leaders to identify and address talent development and succession planning needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Manage and enhance the employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers and employees.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leadership and people development.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the cleantech industry or a strong passion for sustainability is a plus.
- Relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
