We are making significant strategic investments that will not only decrease our own environmental footprint, but also help customers adapt to long-term environmental and social change through the development of cleaner, greener solutions.Arxada is looking for an IT/OT & Cloud Lead based in Kabinburi/ Lad Krabang Thailand.In this exciting dual role you will be responsible to provide support for operational and information technology systems at the Bangkok plant and office sites, coordinating the IT service partner technical resources to implement changes and improvements. You will also work as part of the global Cloud and Data Centre Services team to manage service partner(s) to address support issues and to run Cloud and Data Centre projects including data collection, scoping and implementation, reporting to the Cloud & DC Services Lead.Essential Job Functions:

Responsible to manage projects and lead Run issue support
Deploy and manage cloud-based services, virtual machines, storage accounts, file shares, back-up and recovery, Azure DevOps
Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud architecture / governance, ensuring scalability, reliability and security
Combine a strong understanding of cloud technologies, data center infrastructure and architectural principles to create scalable, secure, and efficient environments
Responsible for support and refresh of IT infrastructure at local site(s)
Ensure IT SLAs are met by actively managing 3rd party IT Service. Partner(s) and escalate / coordinate as required for issue resolution
Ensure local applications on OT computers in the R&D and QC Labs at local site are maintained to provide 99% uptime during business hours via managing 3rd party IT Service partners
Responsible for site IT/OT backup and testing of the Disaster Recovery plan for the site
Follow and support global IT processes & policies including security vulnerability remediation
Develops and maintains site related documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Business fluent in English
5+ years experience as a IT/OT Support of Applications and Infrastructure and Cloud / DC Engineer
Strong customer service ethic with proactive attitude
Ability to manage 3rd party IT service resources
Capability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Detailed knowledge and experience of Azure Cloud and Data Centre services
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of IT architecture & Networking, IT security, and ITIL
