We're hiring an Italian speaking Customer Support representative for an esteemed and globally recognized streaming service! This exciting role is based in the dynamic and beautiful city of Athens. As a part of our team, your daily tasks will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our products and services, and resolving any technical issues our customers may face. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and updating account information. We ensure that you will be well equipped for these tasks as we provide a comprehensive, fully paid training program for all our new recruits. No previous experience required, your willingness to learn is all we need!
