- Education: Completed Leaving Certificate with a curiosity for Science
- Experience: Experience in a Customer Relationship role, displaying excellent customer focus
- Preferred Qualifications:
- The desire to provide consistently high levels of customer service, feeling comfortable with autonomously handling complex queries and questions
- Demonstrable experience building strong relationships with key customer contacts & key internal stakeholders
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in line with KPI’s
- IT Literate, example with MS Office applications
- Previous SAP knowledge highly desirable
- Prior experience within the Life Sciences industry a distinct advantage (but not essential)
- Excellent time management & telephone etiquette capabilities
- Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive – can work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with a fast paced and dynamic working environment
- A proven team player
- Provide technical product support to customers and colleagues within the Equipment & Instruments product range
- Proactive selling of the product ranges including cross selling other products and services
- Create, negotiate and follow up quotations
- Source new products and manage the market source
- Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure the best technical and price support
- Participate in supplier trainings and meetings
- Support the sales teams with marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitors and market trends within your product portfolio and build market intelligence
- Regular communication with the local sales organisation, highlighting the performance of the product portfolio
- Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, events and other marketing activities if and when required
- Develop sales forecasts for your portfolio of products
- Update all relevant customer interactions on our CRM system SAP C4C
