- Provide learning support to students with health and personal care needs
- Assist students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure individualised support for students
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Support students in developing independent living skills
- Experience working with individuals with health and personal care needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of health and personal care requirements for students
- Ability to implement individualised support plans
- Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety regulations
- First Aid certification
- Additional training in special educational needs
- Temporary position with Full-Time hours
- Work within an educational setting, collaborating with teaching staff
- Potential exposure to health and personal care requirements of students
