Roles and responsibility: This role is a pure work from office role and requires you to call the potential customers and convince them to sell their car to us. This is also your core KRA. RA is responsible for calling a X number of leads assigned by the system daily with X number of calling minutes. As a RA you will be provided with a monthly target and you will have to achieve the same. Its an incentive based role and would require negotiation skill as a core skill. Coordinate with clients during the selling procedure to ensure smooth sales experience. Work schedule: Full-time position with 6 working days per week. One day off during weekdays., weekend are working . Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Work from office role, RA is expected to be in office by 10AM (max), with flexibility for occasional stretch based on business requirements. Qualifications: Proficiency in the Assamese language is essential. Prior experience in a sales-based role, preferably in retail or tele sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
