Requirements:
  • Possession of an Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
  • Two recent professional references
  • Experience dealing with challenging behaviours
  • Demonstration of a calm and caring personality
  • Strong commitment to student development, including proficiency in reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills
