Position Overview: As an Czech-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Provide on-site support to Czech-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns. Communication: Utilize your fluent Czech language skills for effective, in-person communication, ensuring clarity and understanding. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns promptly, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance their overall experience. Product Knowledge: Acquire a robust understanding of our travel products and services, offering accurate information and recommendations. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken): Showcase your proficiency in Czech, ensuring effective communication with customers.
