Job Responsibilities:-

Implement and manage the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives in accordance with the company's Sustainability Framework, ESG material matters and relevant disclosure requirements.
Implement sustainability strategies and action plans.
Support business divisions to gather, monitor and validate ESG-related data.
Monitor progress of sustainability KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Support the preparation of annual sustainability statement.
Support the maintenance of Bursa's Centralized Sustainability Intelligence Platform.
Keep abreast with the latest sustainability regulations, requirements and industry standards.
Analyze sustainability data and perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Natural-Resource Management or equivalent with desire to embark career in sustainability.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience and preferably candidates with working experience in corporate sustainability management in PLC/MNC or Consulting exposure.
Candidates with experience in GRI reporting standards and relevant sustainability disclosure requirements will be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel.
Possess good interpersonal skills, committed, able to work in a team and independently.
Ability to interact with people at all levels as well as liaise with other business divisions to gather info and manage deliverables.
Full time position is available, based at Jalan P. Ramlee, Menara Hap Seng, KL.
