We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team in the Manufacturing Planning and Complexity Management area. The role focuses on production capacity management, manufacturing flexibility and continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Manage and control factory capacities and Productivity KPIs to ensure production efficiency and flexibility in a dynamic market environment (considering mix variation and technological evolution).
  • Optimize and implement processes to enhance production flexibility, supporting the challenges of the automotive sector evolution (including tracking and analyzing specific KPIs, define guidelines and standards).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven methodologies to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
  • Lead the development of digital tools and enhance capacity planning processes by applying effective project management methodologies in the design, development, and implementation of solutions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial engineering teams to ensure alignment between production strategies and business goals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Production Systems, or related fields.
  • Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools). Python and SQL coding skills are a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset to navigate complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas concisely across different levels of the organization.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, inspired by self-entrepreneurship,
  • Team-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
