We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marcom Manager with fantastic communication skills and solid understanding of Marketing Techniques to join our corporate team. In this position you will be responsible for the execution of internal and external marketing communication programs to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing programs. This role will report to our VP of Marketing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities that enhance the marketing position of the company’s products and services.
  • Identify, create, and maintain effective messaging that is aligned with the company’s values, strategy, and objectives for use in all internal and external communications (written and verbal).
  • Implement and design marketing plans, materials, and communications that include print, broadcast, and online content.
  • Lead the development/production of all promotion materials, website management, press releases, and other collateral.
  • Coordinate projects for special events, tradeshows, advertising campaigns, and others as required.
  • Develops, manages, and executes programs to support corporate identity branding and focus on promotion – print and digital while maintaining corporate identity and branding standards.
  • Coordinate corporate events such as sales meetings and tradeshow functions.
  • Identify and manage outside creative resources/vendors to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to develop branding messages.
  • Simplify complex data into user-friendly formats to present to leadership, customers, and cross-departmentally.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communication, Graphic Design, or similar field required.
  • 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing/Communication roles required.
  • Prior experience with electrical power equipment manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Adobe Design Suite, and web editing platforms.
