Established over 50 years ago, the company have built a fantastic reputation in both manufacture and design, due to their philosophy of continuous development and a real enthusiasm for changing people’s lives through accessible design.You will be responsible for evaluating current production and implementing improvements, including creating and updating process instruction documents including BOMs. You will use your understanding of lean manufacturing to establish manufacturing methods for new vehicles, working closely with a close-knit engineering team.The role:
Supporting production and maintenance activities, making recommendations for improvement and implementing these changes
Prepare and update all work instructions and BOMs
Conduct and maintain all manufacturing process risk assessments and ensure compliance with H&S requirements
The person:
Process engineer or similar
Familiar with ISO9001 standards and lean manufacturing methodology
Able to create process instruction documents
