REQ11050 Assistant, Retail & Mall (Open Date: 20/05/2024)POSITION SUMMARY:In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (Philippines) Corporation, the Assistant, Retail & Mall provides administrative services and support to the Manager, Traffic/Production & Account Services and the team, in discharging all duties and responsibilities related to retail and mall operations. He/She must always display the highest level of professionalism, customer service and administrative support to both internal and external customers.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Perform day-to-day operational work which includes the following: processing of various permits (work, ingress, egress, etc.); coordinating with other business units (e.g., Engineering; Security; Housekeeping; Marketing; etc.) with regards to tenant activities and concerns.2. Maintains open communication lines with store personnel for market trends, competitor status, and other useful information.3. Informs tenants of urgent notices via e-mail, telephone, and visitation.4. Works as a reliable team member and assists immediate superior and the department in completing projects and assignments, particularly production of monthly and periodic reports, and annual budget 5. Ad hoc matters managed by Retail Operations6. Performs other tasks as assigner by immediate superior.QUALIFICATIONS:I. Work | Professional Experience1. Must have one (1) year(s) experience in retail operations in the same capacity, or in casino/hotel industry.II. Education1. 2 to 4 year degree of any related course or equivalent professional trainingIII. Skills / Competencies1. Proficient in MS Office applications2. Good communication skillsIV.
