• Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the company's sustainability sub-strategy.
• Identify and prioritize sustainability issues relevant to the business and stakeholders.
• Develop actionable plans to integrate sustainability into core business practices.

• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to measure and report on sustainability performance.
• Prepare sustainability reports in accordance with international standards (e.g., GRI, SASB).

• Guide clients in understanding and implementing relevant sustainability standards and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends and regulatory changes.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Facilitate training and workshops to educate employees on sustainability practices.
• Represent the company in sustainability forums and networks.

• Lead and manage sustainability projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainability projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability consulting or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting (certifications will be a plus).
• Understanding of corporate strategy, business operations, and functions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passion for sustainability and experience in driving change.
