• Ensure the regulatory compliance of the hospital to develop, approve and maintain a high level of Veterinary standard of care
• Ensure the hospital provides a variety of animal healthcare duties in the hospital, as well as management, mentorship, and development of all hospital team members, whilst ensuring you are nurturing an environment of positive teamwork within hospital team members
• Human Resource Management such as performance management, recruitment, employee relations with the full support of a HR Dept.
• Responsible for the profitable operation of the Hospital and its achievement of KPI targets and budget objectives with the support of an Operations Manager and Finance team.
