- Demonstrate administrative expertise within the Microsoft Office 365 platform.
- Showcase experience in migrating to Office 365 and handling transitions from various versions of Microsoft Exchange.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of PowerShell and its application in the Office 365 environment.
- Display advanced proficiency with the Office 365 Desktop Suite, resolving user challenges effectively.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of mail flow concepts and DNS, assisting partners in overcoming connectivity issues.
- Leverage advanced experience within the Microsoft Office 365 and Azure ecosystems to provide impactful support to our Partners.
- Employ your insights into Windows Virtual Desktop and/or Remote Desktop Services to troubleshoot and guide partners through their support queries.
- Utilise your understanding of virtualisation and clustered server environments to assist partners in their technical journey.
- Strong knowledge of all things Office 365. We are after that 365 Guru.
- Good knowledge of Azure, with a desire to develop and learn.
- An understanding of Microsoft-connected services and how such SaaS solutions interface with Microsoft
- Basic knowledge around cybersecurity best practices or the desire to learn and dig
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- A genuine passion for technology and a knack for staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
- A proven track record of customer-centric technical support, going the extra mile to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
