This position provides technical support to the business as required for use of the Learning Management System. This position assists in determining training solutions that adhere to the site training program and must have the ability to communicate information across all employee levels.To succeed in this role, you must be able to work directly with the platform, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and drive the implementation of business processes and applications. Candidate must be reliable, motivated, a self–starter, detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and take ownership of work.
