- Develop and execute the business plan for your region to enable market access, retention of and growth within key customers and distributors.
- Set the annual sales budget & commercial strategy for your area together with the respective member of leadership team
- Identify, engage and manage distributors as part of an expanding sales network
- Meet the collective budgeted sales and gross margin targets through project execution
- Identify and act on opportunities to increase the vaccine business
- Analyze market trends and translate them into opportunities
- Initiate and maintain relationships with key influencers in the region
- Work closely with the marketing and technical team to conduct local field trials, transfer knowledge and develop supportive services for our customers.
- Assist in a variety of activities including speeches, presentations, tours, etc.
- BS in a life science with 5-7 years of experience, in Veterinary/Animal Health or related business
- BS in biology, biological chemistry, veterinary medicine, agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry, organic chemistry, or biochemistry. All life science degrees will be considered. MS highly desirable.

- Fluent in English Spanish and Portuguese (speaking and writing).
- Fluent in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, online meeting platforms, principles of CRM software
