If so, we want to hear from you!Due to continued growth my client is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their dedicated team in Corsham. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibility with be to develop existing customer contacts, find new customer leads and win new business.Responsibilities:Liaise directly with customers via telephone and emailUpsell and cross-sell products to existing customersFocus on customer retention and new business opportunitiesOccasional travel with both customer visits and exhibitionsUpdate and maintain customer detailsGeneral administrative dutiesPerson Specification:Previous customer service experience is essentialProfessional and engaging telephone mannerSelf-motivated with great attention to detailConfident liaising with people at all levelsBe able to provide a great level of serviceAble to work on your own initiativeHours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week).Due to the client’s location, you will require your own transport, but there is free on-site parking.If you would like to join a company with exciting plans to expand over the next 5 years and the opportunity to make the role your own, then this is the position for you!CMD Recruitment endeavour to respond to all applicants via email or phone to inform you of the outcome of your application.
