  • Business development including contacts, proposals, and negotiations with oversight by Sr. Manager, Construction
  • Conducts pre-construction reviews prepared by Sr Construction manager
  • Executes projects based on higher level reviews and assembly
  • Coordinates outside vendors and contractors, including municipalities and other regulatory agencies
  • Reviews and monitors labor, equipment, and material resources for successful completion of project
  • Manages CPM schedule.
  • Reviews all billing to ensure timely submission payment applications
  • Manages day-today operations of construction contracts; schedule, coordinate and monitor vendors on special projects.
  • Provide advice and efficient solutions to store team members for equipment issues.
  • Ensure all required repairs and maintenance are performed; perform preventative maintenance of equipment and assets.
  • Perform related duties as required
Hiring pay range: $70,158.00 - 91,562.00Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Complete knowledge of managing construction projects, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, and construction operations
  • Must have basic knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems
  • Effective communication skills - communicates clearly and directly, approachable, relates well to others, engages people and helps them understand change, provides and seeks feedback, articulates clearly, actively listens.
  • Proficient skills in presentations and written communications
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent Leadership and team building skills and experience.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Organizational skills to prioritize workflow and respond to conflicting deadlines.
