- Process transactions for accounts receivable, including generating and sending customer invoices, monitoring payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Handle accounts payable duties, such as processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software as well as maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets.
- Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently, including calculating employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes.
- Assist with general administration tasks as required to support the finance department and overall operations.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal staff regarding financial matters.
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
