  • Listening and seeking the client’s key objectives and business issues in order to articulate internally and define the objectives
  • Capability to show how Circana Solutions can help the client to harness big data and turn it into insight
  • Identify, qualify and close potential incremental revenue opportunities, either alone or through support from Account Directors / other team members as necessary.
  • Develops and leverages strong, collaborative relationships with external client stakeholders and where appropriate 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to ensure Circana provides a competent response to any client requests
  • Leads the renewal process and strategy when current contracts are due to expire
  • Works closely with Circana Insights teams in all countries to understand their data, market nuances, brands trends, existing insights created locally and be able to talk competently to your client about the data and their performance
  • Contribute, present, create multi country analysis using local data to provide a compelling and cohesive multi-country insight story, Circana point of view, fact-based reasons for strategic and tactical recommended actions to drive growth, to mitigate competitor risks and or address the issues highlighted in the insight brief.
  • Ability to take client questions, and identify the optimal data to answer those questions in the most compelling way
  • Co-ordinates, contributes and executes high quality on-going analytic, client ad-hoc requests and key meeting requirements in a timely manner
  • Partner with Account Directors and Analytics team members to support on key client or internal needs
  • Ensure internal documentation and tracking is maintained for assigned clients, incl. account plan, customer satisfaction dashboard, pipeline, weekly status, scorecards etc.
  • Be an advocate for the client within the business. Be their voice and hold the business to account to ensure we do what we commit to do and successfully retain and grow our client
  • Work closely with internal teams and the client to develop Circana revenue and meet annual revenue targets
  • Travel to client locations as requested for insights, thought leadership or account management meetings
Skills and Experience required:
  • Experience managing clients' accounts across multiple countries
  • Experience and interest in data analysis, providing insights and making presentation to clients
  • Able to engage in a consultative and confident manner with clients
  • Demonstrated resilience in dealing with business and corporate challenges
  • Fluency in English to work across global teams across client and internally.
  • First class communication, documentation, prioritization skills
  • Building client satisfaction and becoming part of the clients trusted team of advisors
  • Ability to build and leverage trusted and mutually beneficial relationships and networks internally and externally
  • Ability to effectively work with virtual and diverse teams
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the FMCG industry, key trends and performance across categories, channels, and retailers
  • Ability to defend and challenge relevant processes to maximise chance of success
  • Demonstrates a hunger for results and strong commercial acumen
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Can work independently
