With our cloud-native software deployed on AWS, we offer scalable and flexible solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.Position: We're seeking qualified candidates to join the Database Operations group at C&R Software. Candidates should have experience in SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL database management, as well as AWS cloud services.Key Responsibilities:

Install, upgrade, and manage database servers and schemas.
Maintain database security standards.
Optimize database performance, particularly RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Create and manage database backups.
Automate repetitive database tasks.
Participate in on-call support rotation.
Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve critical database issues.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience.
Experience in MSSQL, MySQL, and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL database administration.
Proficiency in AWS cloud services.
Experience troubleshooting performance issues in database engines and infrastructure.
Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
