Key Responsibilities: Determine the product range for the category in the specified region.
Lead decisions on product discontinuation, introduce new products (NPI), and oversee modifications/improvements.
Stay agile to respond to market changes for optimal portfolio performance.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project cycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Develop and coordinate execution of pricing policies and promotional schemes on the marketplace.
Sales and Revenue: Set, monitor, and strive to achieve sales and revenue targets for the category across the region.
Communication and Marketing: Develop material to effectively communicate unique product attributes on the marketplace platform.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement region-specific promotional campaigns.
Monitor promotional activities' effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research in the Latin American e-commerce domain.
Identify trends, business opportunities, and understand market dynamics (supply & demand).
Continuously monitor shifts in consumer behavior and market trends for regional growth opportunities and potential challenges.
People and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Select the right mix of skills and personalities for an effective team.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, R+D, procurement, foreign trade, CX, and IT) to deliver projects exceeding stakeholder expectations.
