- Conduct sell-in/buy reviews for key accounts.
- Negotiate yearly trade terms and rebate agreements with key accounts.
- Prepare and lead quarterly business review meetings, developing and implementing action plans to drive higher sales and sell-through.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, and marketing teams to optimize monthly product flow and introduction dates based on sales forecasts.
- Align with marketing, merchandising, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) teams to drive higher sell-through and achieve sales targets.
- Measure shop performance, analyse retail KPIs, and develop sales programs to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions with different channels and accounts to maximize sales across various sales channels.
- Collect sales data for sales planning and develop comprehensive sales reports.
- Manage QS allocation and oversee EPR management and communication.
- Manage outbound operations to ensure smooth order delivery and returns from customers/accounts, handling customer complaints when necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of committed orders to support sales forecasts and fulfillment rate targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing channel partners, motivating them to explore new business opportunities, including e-commerce.
- Review and enhance internal systems, processes, and structures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide valuable input and feedback to merchandising and marketing teams regarding product needs, competitive product and pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.
- Conduct market research to gather data on competitors and market trends, supporting the development of plans to increase market share.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in managing wholesale business within the sporting goods industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong sales background and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative team player with strong leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
