• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, monitoring key performance indicators and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners, to support business objectives and drive long-term success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, such as lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting brand awareness and networking with potential clients and partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in plastic injection molding and blow molding manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and achieving cost savings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing plans to achieve business growth and profitability.
