Layout Designer Associate

- Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) systems to create 2D and 3D layouts, following the provided specification
- Work with order management teams to create a layout best suited to the customer's end goal
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create a layout that is manufacturable while still meeting the customer's needs
- Self-check own work to ensure accuracy and organization, dimension and tolerance convention, and conformance with established CAD specifications and standards

- JDE 9.2
- Associate degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent*.
- Previous experience in drafting/design.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
