That's why our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?The Sr. ISC Analytics Specialist is responsible to solve supply chain challenges through data analysis, data visualization, business intelligence, automation, innovation, and process optimization. Sr. ISC Analytics Specialist works as an individual contributor, facilitates KPI Performance monitoring and management across supply chain. Act as a mentor to other junior team members in supply chain analytics.This role requires experience in analyzing supply chain problems and business processes, and providing actionable insights via highly efficient dashboards, and data-driven analytics. Works closely with cross functional supply chain leads across businesses in translating functional problems into analytical solutions.Key Responsibilities:· Identify, and analyze supply chain processes, operational measures, cost metrics, key performance indicator (KPIs), and other related areas.· Translate business requirement / problem statement into analytical solutions.· Develop user-friendly data visualization products that drive performance monitoring and KPI management across supply chain.· Utilize Analytical and Business Intelligence technical expertise to carry out multiple analytical projects across diffident data platforms & domains.· Partner with our data engineering and technology groups to optimize necessary data flow and needed data transformation to achieve high performance visualization products.· Drive analytics-adoption through connecting with global stakeholders to identify actionable business opportunities that drive value using our analytical tools.· Accountable for working with global partners in driving supply chain transformation using our dynamic dashboards/visualization, and data analytics that address operational hurdles and process automation/optimization· Tell a story with data to our stakeholders and present data in a way that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand. Express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing· Utilize data modeling and simulation to drive supply chain efficiencies and enable change management that drive down costs.· Continually assess/propose alternative data-driven analytical proposals / models to deliver value and make recommendation.· Attract, coach and mentor junior analysts, leading by example through acting as a technical individual contributor.· Other duties as assignedYOU MUST HAVE:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field· 3+ years' experience in analytics and advanced visualization using Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau· Solid ability to create dynamic dashboard taking advantage of aggregations, proper formatting and utilizing different tools· Solid ability to query data from proper sources from named spaces, data marts, and/or normalized views, using SQL or Alteryx· Solid ability to develop reporting portals and host multiple web-based dashboards· Excellent analytical skills to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational & financial data and present findings in a simple manner· Good knowledge of statistics (e.g. distributions, correlations), Design of Experiments…WE VALUE:· 3+ years' experience in supply chain operations: planning, procurement, inventory management, fulfillment or logistics· Advanced degree in Data Analytics, or MBA is preferred· Supply chain certifications: CPIM / CSCP/ CPSM / CTL· Hands-on experience in SAP / Oracle / ERP / Snowflake / Data Bricks· Understand ambiguous issues / scenarios - able to distil learning and simplify· Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data· Innovative, creative, and proactive· Maintain a high sense of ownership, and able to work with a direction instead of being task oriented· Strong influencing skills, including demonstrated ability to influence and drive results at all levels of the organization· Team Player, open to feedback, and flexible & adaptable to changing needs.Additional Information
