- Analysing emerging Housing regulation and legislation that could have an impact on the Sanctuary's strategy or operations.
- Translating complex external regulatory or legislative expectations into simple to understand analysis to inform Sanctuary's strategy and operational delivery.
- Developing and delivering training/briefings for internal stakeholders to ensure the impact of emerging regulation and legislation is understood across Sanctuary Housing.
- Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification in housing or social policy
- Proven experience of producing high quality analysis for dissemination with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience of disseminating the findings and recommendations of analysis to internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving license

- London - £40,152 per annum (rising to £42,226 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
- South East - £38,327 per annum (rising to £40,344 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
- National - £36,502 per annum (rising to £38,423 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
