Tier 1 ContractorOptimize Recruitment are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman/Construction Supervisor in Munster to enforce quality and regulatory compliance, and to guide site teams towards exceptional project outcomes. The role entails direct collaboration with onsite staff to ensure the successful execution of projects, under the guidance of the Site Agent.Our client has numerous high-profile projects on in the Cork area, including Pharmaceuticals, Warehouses, Lifesciences, Residential and Food & Beverage.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Health and Safety team for site safety and compliance.
Manage and assess subcontractor performance.
Track and update the project timeline.
Lead and energise team members.
Ensure quality of works

Requirements:

Proven experience in similar positions, ideally 10+ Years.
Skilled in leading teams and overseeing numerous contractors.
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
Effective team collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ideally prior experience with a Tier 1 Contractor.
