In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Develop a strong understanding of our existing system and application landscape for Inbound End to End & Visibility Platform and Customs Export Control Systems as a building block for future solutions.
- Assist the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing product features and requirements for Products, based on customer feedback and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design within Technology and key business stakeholders to ensure that the product is developed and delivered according to customer needs and business goals.
- Work with an internal and external team to help shape the landscape and solutions that will allow the business to achieve its strategic goals.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and customer needs.

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a related field.
- Experience in a Supply Chain based environment is desirable.
- Experience of working within Agile environments and methodologies preferred.
- Have strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Possess the ability to work alongside senior management at all levels within Technology, the business and external service providers/business partners.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedules and work within agreed timescales.
- Experience delivering solutions
- Demonstrate an understanding of the requirements for integrations and data transformation in a complex environment.
