Art Direction and shoot planning for Women’s, Men’s and Kids fashion shoots on location and studio for both stills and motion. Working closely with Marketing, Product Business Partners and the Creative Team to conceive photo shoots that ensure the brand aesthetic is being effectively translated on all touch points, on time and within budget constraints.What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: * Produce clear creative decks to communicate shoot plans
  • Able to brief Photographers, Stylists and Hair & Make-up artists and have an expert eye for detail
  • Edit selects and manage post production critical paths
  • Art Directing for fashion, beauty, still life shoots, video & social media ensuring all visuals are on brand
  • Work with the Senior Creative to develop the Primark visual brand identity ensuring this is central to all creative projects
  • Have a thorough understanding of latest Womens, Mens, Kids fashion and photographic trends
  • In-depth awareness of the brand and its competitors
  • Keep updated on work load and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaboration with colleagues across Primark on understanding the views of the customer and representing our Brand
  • Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, film makers, illustrators, designers and their agents for Brand Creative and work strategically with other creative leads in the business to ensure the strongest approach to external talent
  • Ensure set budgets are adhered to within the creative scope
  • Work in partnership with the Buying, Merchandising & Design function to further evolve and develop our fashion offer to enable Primark to be a fashion leader. Involvement in product sign off, and strategy meetings
  • Partnering with design teams to understand the key looks and trends for the season enabling us to build amazing campaigns
  • Introduce innovative and unique concepts to advance the brand while elevating our standards
  • Create an image bank which could be utilised by all parts of the business
  • Provide support & assistance to the Head of Creative
  • Assist develop and define the creative and visual positioning for Primark
  • Ensure all creative is relevant and appropriate in all the different regions in which Primark operates
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in the delivery of creative.
What You’ll Bring:

  • A previous experience within a fashion environment with a portfolio displaying relevant work
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience of working within a creative studio and delivering to schedule
  • Have a passion for fashion and photography
  • A good understanding and awareness of consumer behaviour.
  • The ability to negotiate desired outcomes with peers and partners, whilst maintaining close working relationship
  • Proven demonstrable experience of developing a credible brand and creative strategy
  • Recognised for generating innovating ideas
  • Up-to-date knowledge in Internet, Mobile and Digital Media, and have a deep understanding of the opportunities as well as the concerns for Creative in a digital age
  • Ability to make tough decisions in creative environment
  • Proven success at building relationships, particularly with creative talent
  • Ability to interpret fashion trends and translate them into commercial creative for Primark
  • At least two years experience in Fashion Retail
  • Previous experience working within a diverse team in a multi-site environment
