Night Porter

• The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospitality.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
• Previous experience working night shifts is essential.
• Full clean drivers license

• Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
• Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.

• Check in and out hotel guests as required as well as assisting with guest requests in relation to luggage/porterage.
• To ensure meeting & event rooms are properly set up, broken down and reset according to the weekly function sheets.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for hotel guests.
• To liaise with front office and any other relevant personnel regarding all aspects of client's requirements.
• Complete full report of night shift in diary and handover any problems/incidents to Handover staff prior to leaving.
