Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years+ Agency recruitment experience
2 years+ white collar engineering recruitment experience
Proven 360 recruitment and new business development skills
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Drive, Ambition and Focus
Willingness to learn and grow with a genuine career path
