Your OpportunityWe're looking for a warm, energetic, and switched-on Receptionist who is very customer focused, who will provide a high standard of hospitality to visitors. As the first point of contact for visitors this role is pivotal in ensuring a great first impression and experience.Our front of house team are also responsible for helping various teams with administration, such as mail and couriers, stationery and kitchen supplies, catering, events, filing and maintaining directories. The hours present a wonderful lifestyle option - generally you will work Thursday and Fridays, 8.30am-5.00pm, however flexibility to support planned (and where possible, unplanned) leave is a must.About you

An experienced Receptionist with strong attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Good computer skills, capable of learning new programs
Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities
Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively, and as an effective team member
Flexibility to work more hours as required

You will be an experienced reception superstar who will demonstrate the Vitaco values every day. Quick to build excellent rapport with visitors to the company and our team, you'll have a professional and articulate phone manner with lots of common sense and initiative.While you will be a team player, you will be confident enough to make good judgments on your own, with a high level of resilience and the ability to juggle tasks seamlessly without getting flustered.
