Outbound shipments to Luxasia countries, include the following:

Inbound shipments from Global to Southeast Asia Joint Venture:
Process invoices for Global to Malaysia Joint Venture
Manage Malaysia stock transfer:

Get freight quotation approved.
Liaise with outbound team for booking of shipments.
Manage Inbound discrepancies.
Manage Malaysia bundling (Article creation, Update PLC, bundle PO to send to warehouse for processing, Ensure HSA & ICP updated, decoding assigned).
Stocks transfer within Storage location (MIGO).
Assist with reports (Supply tracker, tracking shipments, consolidate discrepancies, outbound freight details)

Order Processing and Management:

Receive and review orders from Demand Planning Team
Checking the NOT registration before submitted the Order
Enter orders into the system and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
Communicate order status updates to Demand Planning Team and address any inquiries or issues.

Requirements

3-4 years experiences in Demand/Supply & inbound/Outbound. Diploma/Degree holder preferred.
Good communication skills.
Well versed in SAP, MS excel & PowerPoint.
A great team player.
Positive, good learning attitude, critical thinker, problem solving & open to take up challenges.
Able to adapt to changes in FMCG industry.
Willing to perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
