- Report project status to facilitate decision-making
- Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree
- Large project experience - roads, drainage, infrastructure, rail
- Project mgmt skills - methodologies, contracts, risk, quality
- Budgeting, program mgmt, procurement expertise
- Leadership, communication, stakeholder mgmt abilities
- Technical proficiency - PM tools, local codes/regulations
- Chartered CE or working towards
