You will lead the project lifecycle, from discovery meetings to training and deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in software design and development.Responsibilities:Configure Salesforce environments to meet client requirements and project objectives.Design and conduct training sessions for clients at various levels, including administrators and end-users.Conduct discovery meetings with clients to gather and analyze requirements effectively.Develop comprehensive migration and implementation plans aligned with client needs.Own project delivery across multiple simultaneous projects, managing timelines and resources effectively.Collaborate with internal development teams to customize Salesforce solutions and integrate third-party tools.Plan and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce platforms.Provide regular governance reports on project status to project stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum education: Graduated in Data Science; Salesforce Admin Certification required.Experience: 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant, with a strong track record of requirements analysis and solution implementation.Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, JIRA, Teams, and other collaboration tools.Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, including user story prioritization and UAT guidelines.Skills:Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently.Business acumen to translate business concepts into technical specifications effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Benefits:Type of contract: Permanent.Work arrangement: Office working hours.Competitive salary range: INR 14,00,000 - 29,00,000 per annum.#LI-JV1
