Company website: www.CEF.inc JOB DESCRIPTION: Proficient in designing and structuring BPO invoice and pricing models Invoice preparation and invoice processing Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable management Accounting and financial reporting Asset management Managing the annual external audit process and liaising with group auditors Administrative support to Human Resources management Reviewing and implementing corporate governance and other legal requirements Additional administrative duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or a related field At least 5 or more years of related work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 -Word, Excel Knowledge and experience in accounting systems such as - QuickBooks, etc Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Pass a background check and drug test
