Come Innovate Motion with usFinance manager assumes overall responsibility for Finance JE Niš department. He/she would be responsible for development and implementation of financial controls and a management information system to meet business objectives in Serbia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reporting.Understanding the business from all functional perspectives, the person on this position would challenge and examine all financially significant transactions and business decisions to ensure management and financial controls are adequate.He/she will identify and pursue opportunities to increase profitability and improve asset management throughout the business. Provides input to all levels of business management and jointly develop appropriate strategies and business plans.Your responsibilities:Assume overall responsibility for Finance JE Niš:Ensure objectives are met for Group (HKG Gaap/SOP) related accounts as well as Local Statutory and Tax Books, ensure complianceEnsure all accounts are completed within timeframes givenLiaise with auditors (internal and external) as well as advisorsMaintaining group and local Chart of Accounts, performing reconciliationsBudget and Controlling:Ensure overall controlling and establish KPIIn coordination with BU Controllers take responsibility for Controlling tasks and Budget of JE NišPerform high level checks and liaise with OPS Controlling to ensure correctness and budget is prepared in accordance to guidelinesProvide leadership in systems and process improvements:Together with Finance team (Accounting/ Controlling) and IT fix and / or further develop and implement standard processesWork with Finance Team (Accounting/Controlling) and IT to harmonize structures in accounting, costing, planning and reportingTogether with BU Controllers ensure changes in financial reporting as required by Corporate HK are integrated to financial toolsOur requirements:VII degree of professional qualification in the field of Economics or relatedRelevant professional experience of preferably six to ten years in similar positions in industrial environmentProficient skills in leadership and managing Finance teamsFamiliarity with relevant Serbian laws and regulations as well as company rules and regulationsExcellent Accounting skills in IFRS, Statutory and Management knowhow, strong in BS analysisProficient English language skills spoken and writtenAdvanced MS Office user (with emphasis on Excel)Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally OracleHighly organized person with teamwork affinity and strong compliance focusWhat we offer:Attractive compensation packageExposure to regional and global managementImpact on company growth and developmentOpportunity to learn in dynamic and complex environmentCome join our global, inclusive & diverse teamOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
