- Excellent English and Russian language (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service

- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in financial industry or payment processing
