We believe in operating with integrity and prioritizing the health and well-being of people and communities where we operate, working towards making a positive impact in the world.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate the development and implementation of medium to high complexity projects for system adaptation, optimization, or new installations.Identify areas for automation technology intervention to enhance efficiency and implement solutions to improve production.Manage automation systems throughout all phases, from design to testing and start-up activities.Collaborate on the development of new industrial processes, including technology acquisition and configuration.Contribute to documentation development and project planning, ensuring alignment with investment plans.Provide technical support for electrical maintenance activities and participate in maintenance projects.Monitor system performance and manage maintenance interventions to optimize plant effectiveness.Candidate Profile:Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant roleTechnical Skills: Proficiency in the Office package.Education: Degree in Industrial Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Electronics.Languages: Good command of English.Location: with a car and based in areas surrounding the site (Varese, Milan, and/or province).Ready to take your career to the next level?
